Another set of imagery I’ve been working with a lot this semester are these things I call seed pods, because I get told they look like a giant tropical tree’s seed. Which is cool, the one with the yellow background is an image I’ve been screen printing and the blue one is just a variation on the theme I’ve been doodling in my sketchbook.

I’ve recently decided that I’m going to learn to draw better, and today I seem to be fixated on drawing eyes. Eyes are the window to the soul after all! Here are a few sketches from my sketch book, taken with my cell phone, not the best quality but it gets the job done!

Also, over summer I gave away some older pieces I did to some relatives, my cousin Michelle framed one of them and it looks amazing! I wish someone would pay to frame all my still life work it makes them look so polished!

Added a few odds and ends to my portfolio that have been kicking around for a while. New album for installation and collage as well.

One night I opened the door to my room, it was about 3am and to my surprise, I found a mannequin sitting there facing the door. It actually scared me quite a bit. But everything is art! Ha! And so I painted it and used it as my installation project for collage.

The heart is made out of strawberries and raspberries. Acrylic paint.

I’ve been trying out some new techniques and tutorials and making some new work, heres a poster I am working on now…I am going to add some text and then maybe do some screen prints of it. 

This semester I am taking a collage class and its been the most inspiring thing to come about in a long time, so heres a little sneak peak at what I’ve been working on!

I got my portfolio back up and added loads of new photos!

The portfolio section has been updated to include several new design pieces from my design class in school, mostly they are projects/concepts for projects.
